Dave is a Senior Writer and Content & Digital Marketing Strategist with more than two decades of professional storytelling experience as a sports journalist, copywriter, social media marketer, blogger, and author. A former Chicago Tribune reporter and CBS Chicago sports columnist, he applies a journalist’s eye and ear to marketing, content strategy, social media, and branding.

Having developed content strategy and managed social media for an array of brands, including Keiser Fitness, Network Health of Wisconsin, CASE Construction, and Case New Holland, Dave knows how to create, aggregate, and leverage social content that draws an audience in through relevant storytelling, creating a true community through reciprocal engagement and fostering an appetite for more. For brands, using content to create a community generates commerce.

Dave grew up in Bourbonnais, IL (officially on the map since 2002 as “The Summer Home of the Chicago Bears”). Outside of work, he loves to travel both domestically and internationally, explore new restaurants,  and work out. When he’s not doing any of those things, he’s probably cheering on his Fighting Illini or rooting for the Chicago Cubs from the Wrigley Field bleachers, where he’s a season ticket holder.
