Long-time client Mather LifeWays, a leader in the senior living and aging services space, recently announced plans to launch a new Life Plan Community called The Mather in Tysons, Virginia – a desirable part of the D.C. metro area. We developed the look and feel for all of The Mather’s branded pre-sale marketing communications, including this high-end property brochure…which we wanted to be as stunning as the residence itself. Instead of focusing on the yet-to-be-finalized details of the property, we pitched this glamorous “coffee table book”-style brochure full of luxurious imagery and aspirational language (plus a few sexy renderings, of course!) to mirror what prospects can expect from this high-end residence.
